As a solo entrepreneur, personal connection and trust are very important to me. I only collect, process and control data about you to the extent it is absolutely necessary to operate my business.

What data do I collect about you?
When you visit the Website, it automatically collects certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Website, it collects information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you interact with the Website. The purpose of this is to get to know my visitors and better serve them with content.
Additionally, when you sign up to the Social Reef newsletter, I collect your name and e-mail address, you know, so I know how to reach you! You can expect no more than one newsletter a month, about current news in digital marketing, and my general ramblings. I promise you will get value out of each one!
I will never sell your data to any third party.
How do I collect data about you?
I collect information using the following technologies:

Please note that the Website’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
If you signed up for the Social Reef newsletter, I share your personal information with my newsletter provider (and data processor), MailerLite. Note that MailerLite may transfer personal data outside the EU.You can read their privacy policy here: https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy .
Finally, I sincerely hope it will never come to this, but I may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information I receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.
What are your rights?
If you are signed up for the Social Reef newsletter and you no longer want to receive e-mails from me, you can unsubscribe by simply clicking Unsubscribe at the bottom of any e-mail. You will be removed from the mailing list database within 10 days.

California consumers have the right to 1) request that businesses disclose information about their collection and use of Personal Data over the past year; 2) ask such businesses to delete Personal Data; 3) opt-out of the sale of their Personal Data. How long will I keep your information?
When you sign up for the Social Reef newsletter through the Site, I will maintain your personal information for my records unless and until you ask me to delete this information.
