Thanks for the compliment!

I agree about selling ads on your site, if you have a higher PageRank it tends to be much easier if you're selling to a demographic that is somewhat tech savvy. At the end of the day, all that really matters is accomplishing your goals: whether it's traffic, sales, or exposure, and PageRank is an indicator of how Google perceives your site - as you said "it;s not the end of the world." :-)

Looks like creating interesting posts is becoming a habit of yours lol.

High pagerank indeed does not mean that your site will receive more visiters, however it is kind of a indicator of how popular a website is. I think that it is also importent if you want to sell ads or links on your website as most people prefer high pagerank. If you look at all the popular blogs you can see that they have a high pagerank and that Google considers them importent.

If you really find pagerank importent and want to increase it then the best thing to do is increase the number of backlinks to your blog.

I personally find pagerank kind of importent, however if you don't get or have any pagerank it doesn't mean its the end of the world.

As already said the best thing to do is focus on quality content and pagerank wil eventually follow.

A Very Good Post and sound advice
It's very easy to get caught up PR craze.
Rather, the most important thing is to build solid content.

Got your RSS Reader bookmarked
