Persistence is the Key to Succeeding & Making Money Online

Probably the single largest factor that determines whether or not you will succeed at making money online (other than starting in the first place) is persistence.  Too many people give up before they even give their site (or even themselves) a chance to succeed.  In order to be successful and actually make money online you have to continually build and grow your site.

Thomas Edison once said:

“I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”

You must be persistent through all of the obstacles and roadblocks that you will encounter when trying to make money online and try to minimize the frustration and lack of hope that you will no doubt face.  For every ten things that you try – maybe one will work… if you’re lucky.

Don’t let your lack of persistence be the thing that holds you back from making money on the internet.  Accept that in the beginning you will work very hard for little or no results, however, if you keep at it and continue to invest the time and energy – I guarantee it will eventually pay off.

Rome wasn’t built in a day – either are million dollar websites or blogs.

Tip of the Day

Reach out and connect with someone in your industry or topic.  Try and forge relationships that will help you learn or might be beneficial to you both.  You will not only grow your site (and yourself), but you will create some great friendships in the process.

Quote of the Day

You now have to decide what ‘image’ you want for your brand. Image means personality. Products, like people, have personalities, and they can make or break them in the market place. – David Ogilvy
